PCP has been filling my compounded prescriptions since 2005 and they have been EXCEPTIONAL from the start. I can't say enough good things about PCP. Fast service, reasonable pricing, knowledge of product, friendly and compassionate. Always a good experience and I look forward to working with them for all my compounded prescriptions in the future. Excellent company.

Yet another former customer stating the owner yelled at me on the phone. Called to check on status of prescription and he got on the phone and started yelling at me! Another time they compounded my med differently causing me skin irritation, after I inquired into why it was a different color and how it irritated my skin, I was "fired" as a customer also. Owner needs to make some meds for himself and take them! Extremely unprofessional.

Owner yelling at me on phone. Apparently hanging on to issues he had with me from eons ago that I don't even remember. He fired me as a customer. I had called to discuss the mix-up of my prescription issue and he shouted and basically hung up on me! He was acting like we were an old married couple!! Luckily there are other pharmacies out there. He's probably under a lot of stress.

Terrible customer service! Owner gets on phone and yells at customer who calls in to make sure Rx being used is most recent. Yikes!

Am very pleased with the service, product, speed of delivery from this pharmacy. And the price for some of my patients has been close to what the deductables would have been for a non-compounded item, so lack of insurance coverage hasn't been an issue. Good people.
