The negative review was in 2010. Let me tell you about 2017. It's a 180-degree difference. As a Realtor, I deal with community managers regularly. I have NEVER had a more Professional, Courteous and RESPONSIVE team than the one in place here in Jacksonville. I've dealt with this company for more than 7 years. Almost every time I've had to call and deal with them over the phone, I've found them to be very rude and sometimes incompetent in their record keeping. Their attitude of me working around their schedule and on their watch is completely unacceptable, as I am the paying customer.
