One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrible. First, they put a $268 charge on my HOA account that was a bogus charge. Then when I called them, I got some person in a foreign country that had no authority other than to say I will pass this complaint on to the appropriate people and get back to you. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I called again and got the same message. This went on for months. They will not let you talk to anyone with authority. They just say we will get back to you.
