This review is strictly for Rick Cremin. The issue at hand started when our HOA dues were misapplied to the wrong account, despite proving that we sent payment on time with the correct account noted in the check memo. To say Rick was unprofessional would be a kindness. My wife and I received nothing but combative ignorance and passive aggression after we brought the issue to his attention.
I live in the Olive Glen Community in Los Angeles, Ca. This has been the worst property management company our community to date. They do not answer the phones when residents call, they don’t have experienced account managers and lacking several with certifications. In the two years they have managers our company they have maybe been on site twice which begs to question how you can manage a properly without actually visiting the location. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT PAY VENDORS. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE AN HOA. I am a contractor who did a job for an HOA being managed by this company. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS. Their star representative, PAUL ANDERSON, said my check was in the mail then said it’s been CASHED by a “third party vendor” who will reissue a check to my business. They won’t share any tracking number or info about the check. They just say it should arrive “anyday”.
