I’m so glad Joy is running the show now. Previous person Mitzy was not very personable. Last couple of events for our community have been amazing. My kids had a blast especially with the vendors selected and she was involved with prizes and getting everything done. She’s always willing to listen and advocate for the homeowners. I’ve lived here almost 9 years and the last few years have been phenomenal.
Joy Marino single handedly turned our community around from overall dissatisfaction of our HOA to a community that is focused more on helping owners, working with them, and successfully reducing anxiety with the community. The manager is the face of the management company and they have the responsibility of matching a manager that fits our community. Joy fits!
Joy Marino has been a great property manager for our community. She had advocated to keep our HOA dues to one of the cheapest in Southern California. She shows up to community events and is engaged with home owners. I'd like Joy to stay on as our property manager for years to come.
