Worst company. Karina Sosa will say she is addressing your concern and then just close the case. Each time you call to file the same request they are polite, then a few days later they will close your case and dismiss your request. This is how they reduce their workflow. Guessing they do not have upper management support. Our board is looking to switch companies.
