Our experience with this HOA management company has been extremely disappointing. Repeated concerns about the community—ranging from maintenance issues to general upkeep—have gone unaddressed for extended periods of time. Communication is inconsistent at best, and follow-ups are often ignored. Despite multiple requests and clear documentation of issues, there has been little to no action taken. I’m so glad Joy is running the show now. Previous person Mitzy was not very personable. Last couple of events for our community have been amazing. My kids had a blast especially with the vendors selected and she was involved with prizes and getting everything done. She’s always willing to listen and advocate for the homeowners. I’ve lived here almost 9 years and the last few years have been phenomenal.
Joy Marino single handedly turned our community around from overall dissatisfaction of our HOA to a community that is focused more on helping owners, working with them, and successfully reducing anxiety with the community. The manager is the face of the management company and they have the responsibility of matching a manager that fits our community. Joy fits!
