DO NOT HIRE THEM - SCAM!! We originally hired them to do some brick work and they collected a deposit from us, the weather turned and we wanted our deposit back. The owner James Plante stopped answering our calls, emails and texts. They also showed up 2 hours late with the only excuse "my phone died". We took him to small claims court to try and get our money back and he still isn't responding. He didn't even have the decency to show up to the court hearings. Do not hire this company. They are not a legit company. They do everything the cheapest way possible. They are not licensed and not insured. This guy is coming to you without a professional work truck with the business name on it is not legit! I have worked for this guy one time. If you ask me they're all on something
Great quality of work. Outstanding service
Great service!! Christmas night we were looking forward to our first fire of the year. Unfortunately, the flue would not open. Knowing it was Christmas, we called four different chimney services and left voicemails. PCS was the only one to call back the next morning. Wanting to have a fire, we asked them to come out. Three hours later, on the morning of Dec 26th, they came out, got the flue working and cleaned the smoke chamber while they were here. Thank you Professional Chimney Services!!!
