I hired them for a carpentry project and paid in advance. After receiving the money, the response time slowed down significantly. The quality of work did not match what was promised. Very disappointing experience.
The overall experience was unprofessional. The staff showed rude behavior on multiple occasions and did not seem serious about the job. I expected better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.
The workers were smoking while working inside my property, which I found extremely disrespectful. It created an uncomfortable environment and showed a lack of professionalism. This should not happen during a paid service.
I had a very disappointing experience with this carpentry service. I paid an advance payment, but the work was either delayed or not completed as promised. Communication became very difficult after payment was made. I would advise others to be careful before making any upfront payments.
Dont trust Walter to fix his mistakes. Bad quality work mixed with a dishonest man
