This place is the worst DME company ever!!! I would not even give them an 1/8 of a star! Only reason they got one is because you can’t post it without giving at least one. Patients hospital bed motor went out on a Sunday afternoon...put in a call & was told by the service guy that family would have to “tough it out today cause they aren’t gonna pay me to come out today”! Went there to get my first cpap machine with supplies. The respiratory therapist was very helpful . He took his time and answered my questions and was very informative. On my next visit for a new mask he was not at all as helpful as he was on my first visit. He did not put fourth as much effort in helping me on this visit as he did the first visit . I was never told that if I had a problem with my mask that i could exchange it within 30 days. He was the professional and I was his patient but he lacked a lot in his profession... read more
This place has very friendly staff, however I have a 2 year old daughter that requires monthly tracheostomy supplies. Every month they have sent the wrong supplies or supplies is missing from the order. Keep in mind these supplies is what my 2 year old daughter needs to Be able to BREATHE and SURVIVE. I have been quite reasonable with giving professional care pharmacy many opportunities to correct the mistakes of each order.
