I used Professional Care Cleaning for several months to clean my vacation rental. The owner and his key house keeper started out great, and they always did a reasonable job cleaning and were dependable. However, when asked to pay attention to details like letting me know when items were broken - a specific example, a curtain rod that was hanging off of the wall and needed repair - they quit cleaning for me instead of making the adjustment.
