Unprofessional car clean!
Rude and racist as ever ! She was inside holding a conversation with this white NICE lady while she had a BLACK paying customer sitting outside that she told he couldn’t come in! I walked inside and she asked me what services did I want which I told her inside and out she proceeds to make suggestions on cleaning the trunk and under the hood I tell her sure no problem that’s fine you can spray under the hood do whatever you have to to get it cleaned she turns around and states, “It does matter cuz if we spray this may happen ... read more

This local business doesn’t deserve any customers. The lady/manager/owner/etc displays poor professionalism and is extremely greedy. Please take your business elsewhere.
Professional Care Cleaner in Clinton. Worse place to get your car wash. Paid 160. Drop it off at 10am picked it up 2pm. It was still dirty. The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever seen. Apparently the policy is if it still dirty, somebody will come out and wipe it. No refunds. No lesser price. Why pay so much money just to tell somebody what they missed. Then the lady pulled the age card because I’m 19 and she’s 40, my truck isn’t that dirty. My truck was not the only truck half cleaned. I would recommend them. I have been there several times;however, today I noticed after my visit they did not clean my trunk area. I was in a rush to leave so I did not look over my car while there but now I know if I ever visit again in the future I will definitely need to look over their work.
