This is the worst customer service. Not sure why my previous employer switch to them. Somebody getting comission money I guess
This company took 29 ob=verpayments for a 401K loan and now I cannot get assistance from anyone to figure out where the money went. No call back. Additionally, they misapplied overpayments on a loan with another employee and used it to pay off a second loan without any authority. Accounting practices and customer service are terrible bordering on a breach of fiduciary responsibility. I employes them to help me not make more work for me and break rules I will be liable for. This is a shady organization. They charged me 10% of my account value in fees in the first 8 months of the year and now, b/c I don't want to pay that much of my account value in fees, they plan to charge me $75 to roll over my account. It's basically like you're damned if you do and damned if you don't with this company.
