Dr Fletcher is rude unkind and extremely unreasonable Man take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache he has zero skills and customer service. I waited 2 months to see him so he could refuse service.
Made an appointment last night for this morning. The kiosk at check in said to check with staff about my appointment. Nobody ever around in the lab unless you wait for in between. I was told “the appointments aren’t working anymore so we just do walk ins. You will need to get in line for walk in. Signed up for an 8:15 appointment along with 4 other people. Currently 8:40 am and still waiting. This whole organization is a joke.
