My 36 year old ducts got bumped by a workman a few weeks ago and started spitting nasty, thick, black "dust" all over my master closet & master bedroom. Chris and Ray came today to give us a free duct cleaning after we replaced our upstairs AC unit. Being animal lovers, my husband and asked if we could benefit from a full home duct cleaning. Chris gave us an honest assessment of what should and could be done and helped us decide to go ahead and have the whole house duct cleaning, along with a system wide sanitization.
