Home insurance connected me with PBM to address a flood and home repairs. The company had shoddy work and repeatedly made errors, damaged walls, and damaged furniture. Garbage, hope there customer service is better then there employees
They have bit off more than they can handle. You don't get the cleaning products you need . Your lucky if they answer the phone they treat you terrible no raise no benefits at all an it's a full time job. They have no idea what the name of the company really is .
