It's unfortunate I can't give zero stars. Working with PBI has been incredibly frustrating. Requirements keep changing at the last minute — even after meeting all their original requests — creating costly delays and unnecessary stress. They’ve shown little willingness to collaborate or understand the real-world impact these decisions have on local businesses, communities, and families. Disappointing experience from start to finish... if they ever allow it to finish.
