Once again, a zero Professional Breathing Associates/Rotech, is garbage. Very unprofessional practices. New to oxygen, going through the max 15 in approx a week. First of all they're not the company my doctor referred me to. They contacted me and picked up my case. They originally came on a Thursday. When I called for a Thursday delivery, they told me my day was Wednesday. With my next delivery, I informed them they can just come every Wednesday if that's my day. No delivery showed up. getting my new bi-pap machine from this company has been a nightmare. I have been trying to get my bi-pap from them for a month now, had to get my doctor's office involved- the receptionist for my doctor's was on hold for 2 hours trying to find out what the hold up was for me getting my new equipment!! They told her I needed to fill out a paper they would send through my e-mail (first I heard of this after 3 weeks of dealing with them). Horrible service! Do not recommend for oxygen services.
If I was able to write this with ZERO stars, I would. I work for an office who HAS to send patients here because they have Humana GOLD otherwise I would not send anyone here. People "accept" orders then do absolutely nothing with them until you call them non stop. The person who "accepted" my order states they never received it although it is electronic and I can visibly see it in the system as they can too. Then proceeds to ask what is the name of who accepted it and it was the lady I was talking to on the phone! How do YOU... read more
Working with ROTECH Healthcare Inc. An 82 year old woman with Rheumatoid Arthritis is taken to Henry Ford Genesys Hospital with shortness of breath. When she is released, they send her home with full time oxygen from ROTECH. The first two machines blow up. She decides to switch companies through her Primary Care Physician on 3-24-26.
