Need to get my sd card read. Call for appointment, no one returns call. My doctor sends report to the office, sends by email and fax. Asks for confirmation of receipt. No reply. Rotech is threatening to tell Medicare I am non compliant. This office is the worst

If I could give them less than 1 ⭐ I would! This bed has been in my bedroom between me and both of my doorways since Friday today is Monday. I called moths ago. Got their voicemail, left a message that I need my c-pap machine adjusted. Never heard back.
Billing department cannot get it together it's been 4 months and I have a $4,000 Bill therefore they were not service or send me any supplies because they're billing department cannot get my insurance information correct in their system even though I've called them five times and sent copies of my insurance card to them twice and my insurance information is still not correct in the system
