Been trying to get my Cpap supplies for 3 months. They ask for things to be sent to them and my doctor does. Then they still won’t contact you if they want something else. You are stuck in limbo. Trying to call them is impossible, the online chat you won’t ever get a rep on the line and they don’t return emails.
Rochester location. Waited several weeks for someone to return call to make original appointment. Finally got the appointment. Therapist rushed thru appointment, tried to sell me different machine stating they didnt have what doctor ordered. As soon as she heard me calling my doctor, she brought correct machine. ☠️🚨 DANGER!! Turn around & go somewhere else!!! Their equipment is old, has many problems & should not be used with your loved ones! It’s one problem after another so save yourself the hassle!
I have the same complaints as all of you. However it makes you wonder how and why Professional Breathing and ROTECH are still in operation. Its been 2 business days and still have not received a call back. I have left messages, the automated recordings keep saying press here for this or that. I am my fathers caregiver and cant even imagine my father trying to contact anyone form these companies. Should make this easier, trying to get help for C O P D or any life threating conditions should not be this hard. These are real pe... read more
You can never get anyone to pick up the phone and they never call you back. I have had to drive and hour away to pick up oxygen supplies several times
