Horrible service! Do not recommend for oxygen services.
If I was able to write this with ZERO stars, I would. I work for an office who HAS to send patients here because they have Humana GOLD otherwise I would not send anyone here. People "accept" orders then do absolutely nothing with them until you call them non stop. The person who "accepted" my order states they never received it although it is electronic and I can visibly see it in the system as they can too. Working with ROTECH Healthcare Inc. An 82 year old woman with Rheumatoid Arthritis is taken to Henry Ford Genesys Hospital with shortness of breath. When she is released, they send her home with full time oxygen from ROTECH. The first two machines blow up. She decides to switch companies through her Primary Care Physician on 3-24-26. Been trying to get my Cpap supplies for 3 months. They ask for things to be sent to them and my doctor does. Then they still won’t contact you if they want something else. You are stuck in limbo. Trying to call them is impossible, the online chat you won’t ever get a rep on the line and they don’t return emails.
Rochester location. Waited several weeks for someone to return call to make original appointment. Finally got the appointment. Therapist rushed thru appointment, tried to sell me different machine stating they didnt have what doctor ordered. As soon as she heard me calling my doctor, she brought correct machine.
