PBM cares about the residents, and works well with the Condo associations. Would recommend them to anyone
PBM Florida has been managing my Condo Association for several decades. Having owned multiple investment properties at this condo development for 12 + years, I speak from years of experience. Property Managers have come and gone, as expected. Ms. ****** is making accusations that are not based on any facts. She makes accusations that are at minimum liable. She lives in a condominium association that consists of more than 300 units and does not understand the workings or how our company interacts with the Board or corporation.
Sommer Troub is extremely rude. Trying to look good in the Boards eyes while not taking care of the residents needs.
PBM Co. has been noted by various associations as being very insistent in creating large budget renovations, raising dues and improper bidding on projects. Their fees and creative financial manipulations make it very lucrative for them and a loss to the membership. They have been fired by many associations for this reason. They are in a process of being fired here as well ! No rating for them as they are very slippery !!!

Mr. Steca we work for the Board and the budgets you refer to in your post are approved by the various Boards. The individual Associations you refer to make their own decisions which by no means affects the amount of money we make. You live in one of our Associations and your Board is working towards making the necessary repairs to the buildings. They lie and expect you as a tenant to prove there lies are incorrect. I told them you work for me, not my job.
Someone painted an antisemitic slur on my house, I repainted immediately the HOA fined me for it- I refused to pay and explained the situation. Now they are moving to take my house for the unpaid fees. I spoke directly with the president of this association Blair Newton who said verbatim: "That's what I get for being a jew" I firmly believe that this entire fiasco is a direct result of my refusing his sexual advances and explaining that I am heterosexual.
