The very first time we used PAR we had a good experience. Good prices and quick service for the most part...despite a rude receptionists who apparently has poor scheduling techniques... Well fast forward to recently when we had another issue pop up we decided to come to PAR again. Well after some calls to explain our issue and try and get the vehicle in we were told they would give us a call back to give us availability.
