I purchased the interior package although all I wanted was to have the seats shampooed. Everything else was a bonus. I asked about the process and they said they used an extractor after applying a cleanser. At best, they spot cleaned the seats. There were several spots where I could still see the watermarks caused by me on the seats. They missed a few spots vacuuming and cleaning the interior walls.
