RecommendedI have taken my cars to Mike (owner) since around 1998. I have always trusted his knowledge and experience for any kind of repair or services to my vehicles.
Had my timing belt replaced by these guys twice once in ‘16 and another in ‘18. Also had other repairs. Belt broke again early this year. Guy tells me it’s still under warranty but not labor. Single mother. Frustrated. This place is too expensive and I’ve placed too much money here. I found another shop in town they value my requests, use quality parts and is thorough about what is done to my vehicle. I’ll be going to this new place from now on.
Take me off your mailings and emails. You will no longer get our business or referrals. After the response I got this morning, it’s evident you don’t have time or understanding for a mom struggling with being without her car for extended Periods of time. “Oh Wow” were the words out of my Mouth this morning. Mike and everyone else have always been so good, until now. Off to find a more compassionate, trustworthy and valued shop.
