Just took my daughter's car there to have them repair a broken hinge on a door they replaced. First time (6 months ago) they ordered the wrong part. This time the car went in at 8:30 am yesterday and when we picked it up at 4 pm today, not only had they NOT FIXED the broken hinge, they replaced a hinge on a door that wasn't even broken. Such incompetence. We will take our business elsewhere in the future. Customer service is severely lacking here.

Mrs. Meyers, Please keep in mind this car was repaired just over a year ago and her insurance company wrote for the repairs to use "salvage yard" doors, which means at her (your daughters) insurance company's request we fixed her car with "used" parts. The "used" part broke a year after they were installed. the fact that your daughter now lives in Chicago certainly adds a degree of difficulty as we are trying to plan repairs around when she will be in town.
