Best Auto Shop Around! – I needed work done on my Kia in hurry and I was able to bring it right in to Professional Auto care. The key drop system was simple to use. A state inspection, oil change and tire rotation were completed and I was able to pick up my car after work. Chet took the time to make sure I understood what work was done on my vehicle. Trustworthy and Courteous! – I have brought my VW a number of times to Professional Auto Care, from NY inspections to mechanical problems. I am always impressed not only with how courteous and kind they are, but with the time they take to be sure I understand the issues my car may be having. Last time I went in for an exhaust issue, they were sure afterwards to show me the part that was causing the issue and explain it to me. Rochester's Best Auto Care – Professional Auto Care is there whenever you need them! They do great work and are honest in their transactions! Aaron has worked on my car through a number of repairs and always gives me a straight answer on what is wrong and what it will cost. They are very dependable and I have recommended them to many friends! I don't think I'll ever take my car anywhere else now!

Very dependable and high integrity – Jeff is great. He gets your car diagnosed quickly. His rates are fair and the work is always done right the first time. We have never had to back for a do over. he has worked on our card for a few years now and we have recommended him to our friends. G and T

Excellent Service and knowledge for Audis – Very professional and they know what they are doing. No extra work is done, if not necessary or required. I had my 75K major service with timing belt replacement and my car now works like a charm...highly recommended!!!

Great Service/Great Prices – I have been using these guys for 4 years and have never been disappointed. When I call for an appointment, they bend over backwards to fit my schedule and will provide a loaner if necessary If I'm having a problem with something, they diagnose it, explain what my options are and give me a price that I feel is below what I'd be charged anywhere else.. And it's always fixed the first time.

The only place I take my cars – I take all our family vehicles to Pro auto. For two years I've had nothing but positive experiences and dont go anywhere else. I know that these guys suggest repairs that are honestly needed and they dont kill the customer with unexpected costs....that's why they get the repeat business. I wish I discovered them years ago. Chet even helped me in the buying process when purchasing my most recent vehicle.
