Great friendly service. I had my 2008 Scion fixed after someone backed into the side of my car. They were easy to work with, finished my car on time and it looks as good as new. I also had them replace a torn seatbelt while it was in the shop. Very easy company to work with and I would recommened them to anyone.
Audrey was so helpful in getting my car fixed. I was in getting my car fixed. I was in a car accident where the other drive was at fault, and her insurance company did everything they could to stall and make it difficult. VIP was there for everything, from meeting the insurance company's appraiser to covering the amount (10%) they wouldn't pay. I highly recommend them for making a stressful situation so much easier.
My Toyota Rav 4 was recently damaged and I took it to Professional Auto Body for an estimate. The estimate was free and I was able to take the car whenever I wanted. Audrey at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so helpful and kept me up to date with how my car was coming along. The paint job included repainting the car and the stripe and I was extremely impressed. I really hope I dont have a reason to go here again, but if anything happens to my car, this is my first stop.
I recently had repairs done at PAB. They had a rental car waiting for me. They were very thorough asking what I was expecting from my repairs and I got exactly what I needed, and paid for. When I picked up the car, it was not driving correctly. I had no issues prior to dropping it off. The owner reassured me that if there was something they did it would be corrected, and I felt confident that he would do so. He was just as baffled as my husband and I.
