Great people there they know what they are doing,they listen to people and give great advice,it was great to see were Tori went ,it was very nice to see Tori and had my hearing test was done by her,... I would recommend people to go here..
Very nice staff, right from the reception desk, to the technician. Explain details well, and clearly. They didn't go for the most expensive model of hearing aid for my Mother, although they did explain options and took into consideration her arthritis for options. The cost was more affordable than we expected (although the choice was ours if we wanted more features) 3 year warranty on parts&labour, even for loss of hearing aid We highly recommend them (Sudbury location)

Professional and wonderful staff, would highly recommend Hear North. Very informative, helpful and kind, not to mention a beautiful space.
