I have been with Loretta since I was 2 years old, yet I’m still with her until this very day, a wonderful staff members, who are so humble and yet so patience with their clients who come in for assistance with their needs! For the new comers please come see them and see what they have to offer they will gladly answer any concerns or questions that you may have to ask.. I’ll say more insurance policy. Other than that is everything is good in my book.

This place has horrible billing practices. LeBonheur could not do the testing my child needs. He needs auditory processing disorder testing and when I called they told me it’s not covered by insurance and I would have to pay $650 to have it done and if he needed a hearing test then they could bill that. I called blue care and was told it was illegal to pick and choose what services they bill for as they are contracted with blue care. I would never have them do any services as they are just after money and not out to help the... read more

Dr Coltharp and all of the staff are wonderful! They've been with us through every step, Nanette even came to our school... I can't imagine ever going anywhere else!
