These people are a joke! They were hired by me to perform an appraisal on our home prior to purchase. They clearly did not look into the basement that was FRESHLY PAINTED. My home was built in 1900 mind you. This was a concern I brought forth initially and asked that it be looked into. They FAILED to do so. Our appraisal was $475. Our friends appraisal from this exact same company was $410, but only paid $375. Do they think people in this town don't talk to each other? I asked why a difference in price and recieved no response. I also asked several other questions and have not heard back in several days. Very unprofessional not to respond. I also was not happy that the appraiser chose a comparison that sold last summer in the MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC!
