Our appraisal was $475. Our friends appraisal from this exact same company was $410, but only paid $375. Do they think people in this town don't talk to each other? I asked why a difference in price and recieved no response. I also asked several other questions and have not heard back in several days. Very unprofessional not to respond. I also was not happy that the appraiser chose a comparison that sold last summer in the MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC!
