Absolutely positively do NOT EVER USE THIS GROUP!!! Mylina Lynne Griffin is UNQUALIFIED to appraise houses. As the previous reviewer said below, their estimates are FAR below the true value, fraught with mistakes and they refuse to change the numerous errors in their appraisals. This woman and this firm nearly cost us our dream house. Luckily, we had other options and had another appraisal done that was correct. Do not use this group if you want a fair appraisal for your property. They gave me an appraisal of 40% less in value than I paid four years ago which is a much bigger reduction in value than resales in this development. They are not flexible and would not even change the error in square footage. The only positive thing I can say is their price was reasonable--I guess you get what you pay for.
