I called into my Dr.'s office to get a medication filled. I was not expecting a live answering service to answer. I was very impressed with the courteous, attentive agent who went above and beyond to make sure my Dr was contacted promptly and I was able to get my medication issue taken care of. I was very impressed how smoothly the process went. This company made me feel cared for and confident my Dr. would receive the information he needed.

Happened to be visiting family in Erie, and made a detour to nearby Mentor, Ohio to visit Laurie and her amazing team at the answering service. I have been a longtime client of Professional Answering Service and felt like I was “coming home” to meet up with the people so critical to supporting my medical practice.
