Difficult to actually get service from this company. Even if you purchase from them. Poor communication. But Roland is great. Knows his stuff.

The jaws table and monster mash was really cool. Live band was playing was also a cute touch. The older waitress was a bit sketchy, she kept grilling us what drinks were ordered every time we went up to the bar. When me and my boyfriend had maybe 5 each. Then when we went to check out she charged my boyfriend's credit card without his consent and said "I thought you left I charged an automatic 20% Gratuity...if that's okay" I mean she definitely saw us playing pinball while she was sweeping I definitely saw her, also it wasn... read more

This place is so fun me and my godfather went and it was the funnest thing I have done in a long time and I’m a kid this place is a 5/5 if you come I assure you will have a blast

This is a good pinball spot but charging $1 per game is rough.

Roland was exceptional to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He provided great insight and advise during the purchase process and did a great job communicating. Highly recommend.
