They make it impossible to cancel service after I sold my house. No call backs, then email me that its my fault I haven't cancelled in time. Terrible company.

As a Company we have been using "Professional Alarm" for along long time in Salt Lake County. Anyway we ended up opening another location in St. George and we still wanted to use them knowning they are based in Midvale Utah. We had Professional Alarm redue our new location. They showed up at 7:45 in the morning and had the whole building wired and up and running by 4:30pm. Mike and Ervin were the installation Technicians. They were so kind and polite and very profressional in there line of work. Good Job Guys!!!!
