I've used Professional Air Systems since I purchased my current home. Initially they updated/expanded some ductwork for me. Since then they have been excellent about coming out when I had an issue with a capacitor (they prevented a fire in my attic!) and thorough routine service. They accept credit cards and offer financing through Wells Fargo, but do offer a discount if you pay cash/check. They have a portable AC you can use for free if their not able to start or finish the install in a day. 1. My existing duct work was not put back properly causing problems in my air balance, leaving some rooms hot and some cold. 2. The American Standard (brand I was pushed to buy) unit outside is much too loud! 3. The ducts leak air where they re-attached them to the new unit in the attic. They said "that's normal... read more
