The worst experience I ever had. They offer hair washing n braiding and when I sat down to get my hair washed she started combing my hair, pulling out my hair so I had to untangle it myself! then the sink didn’t work n she had to keep draining it with a bowl n she washed me w a 2/1 shampoo n conditioner and hot water causing matting to my hair when I asked her to use condition my hair so for an easy untangle she got offended n started yelling that she used a 2/1 I simply asked that my hair be combed out with conditioner only... read more
