My AC started leaking, so I contacted Suzie/Domingo on Thursday. They confirmed an appointment for that same day, but right around the scheduled service time they called to say they had an emergency with one of their subscription customers and needed to take care of that first. Replaced an old AC unit for a fair price and upgraded the thermostats to nest. Had them back a few times for unrelated issues to the new AC and they have been very helpful. Planning to do business with them again in the future for a garage AC and maybe replacing the 2nd unit in the house.

Our A/C went out on Friday and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new system installed. We highly recommend Professional AC & Heating. The whole process was honest, straightforward and very friendly.
