I called to make an appointment, I mentioned how I’m going to take care of the AC service instead of my landlord. I was suddenly refused service and got the phone hung up in my face… she said it was company policy.. it’s enough my landlord is good for nothing when it comes to repairs.. even if I’m paying out my pocket (taking it out the rent) I can’t get this house cooled

We’ve lived on our property for nearly 3 years, only had duct cleaning once. Called up American Air & Heat Inc since they had one of the highest rated reviews. Our technician was Erik Echavarria, who was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He was very patient with me; especially when answering all my questions and concerns.
