Usually love this place but today one of the ladies working on my nails was quite aggressive and did not complete my design. I have been here for years and have never paid over $80 for BIAB and today they charged me $110. Not very happy :(
The first time I went here was great - but the second I paid for a removal of my acrylic nails and instead of soaking off, the technician used another acrylic nail to rip my acrylic nails off. I then had a gel manicure which lasted not quite two weeks. I went to another salon to have it removed and they said my one of nails was so damaged that they couldn’t buff it for fear of putting a hole through to my nail bed.
Absolutely in love with my nails! The shape is flawless, the polish is smooth and even, and the design came out even better than I imagined. The attention to detail was amazing, and everything was clean and professional. My nails feel strong, not bulky, and they’ve lasted beautifully without chipping. I’ve received so many compliments already. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
I came in to remove my acrylic nails, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The technician rushed the whole process and didn’t soak my nails properly before removing the acrylic. Instead, she just cut at them, and she actually cut into my real nail. It started bleeding and is still really sore. On top of that, I was charged $40 for this service, which honestly feels unacceptable given the outcome. Acrylics should be soaked off gently, not ripped or cut off in a rush.
