I have been coming here for years but never again. Quality of the service is horrible!! The girl with glasses has a horrible attitude (the one who claims to be good at nail art) bad customer service, when you ask her for something she gives sarcastic replies and talks bad about customers in her language. Quality of service is very bad and not worth the money. Never coming back again.
In less than 24hours my SNS (which cost $65) started to fall off. Yes 3 nails fell off and another 3 were lifting. Again this was in less than 24hours after it had been done. I went back in the next morning and was treated like I had done something wrong, like I was just magically pulling my fresh set of SNS off!!! The begrudgingly redid them as I said it was that or a refund as I was not satisfied. I’ve been coming here for years but the last 2 trips have had terrible experiences. Today I paid $130 for shellac pedi and acrylic mani with shellac. For that price I expect perfection. What I received is far from OK. There is paint all over my fingers. The paint starts too high so as soon as the nail grows it will be time for a new manicure. This is clearly strategic. Shellac bubbling in places. I won’t be returning to professionail Winston hills after today’s experience. Hannah can’t do nails well.
