The customer service in the place is SHOCKING. They do not speak English to you, chat between themselves in Vietnamese , give zero effort whilst doing it then charge $80 😪 .. I won’t be going back …
I got this set a couple of days ago, not very tidy and bad shaped, one nail cracked the day after applied and two feel loose already and it’s not even been 5 days
Regret walking in, Did not enjoy the experience. Water was cold even after repeatedly informing them and massage was less than poor. I’ll not be returning.
Horrific! Just took my 12 year old to have her nails soaked off as school holidays are over and the technician was ripping and cutting them off rather than soaking them off. My daughter was in pain as it was extremely rough so I asked the technician to soak or file them off and she then continued to rip them off. I eventually got them to soak off the last few. She then cut and filed her nails which was terrible, all nails were different shapes and lengths. Would never go back and would advise everyone to steer clear! One sta... read more
The worst nail experience I’ve ever had!! The gel nail polish was clumpy, I asked for another coat as not even and she rolled her eyes - she then didn’t do cuticle oil and I had to ask her to reshape twice one nail as it was horrid. Never again!
