Had nails done French and on Friday. By Monday I had 5 cracked and broken. Wanting and got the 5 soaked off. At the end was charged $20. I will not return, wasn’t happy with original service then to be charged for there bad workmanship!
The customer service in the place is SHOCKING. They do not speak English to you, chat between themselves in Vietnamese , give zero effort whilst doing it then charge $80 😪 .. I won’t be going back …
I got this set a couple of days ago, not very tidy and bad shaped, one nail cracked the day after applied and two feel loose already and it’s not even been 5 days
Regret walking in, Did not enjoy the experience. Water was cold even after repeatedly informing them and massage was less than poor. I’ll not be returning.
Horrific! Just took my 12 year old to have her nails soaked off as school holidays are over and the technician was ripping and cutting them off rather than soaking them off. My daughter was in pain as it was extremely rough so I asked the technician to soak or file them off and she then continued to rip them off. I eventually got them to soak off the last few.
