The whole experience was horrible and honestly felt like torture. The lady wearing glasses was extremely rude and handled my nails very roughly. She cut my finger and made it bleed twice during the service, but she did not check on me or apologise at all. She just continued as if nothing had happened. I felt so uncomfortable that I almost wanted to leave.

I took my mother in law she asked multiple times for a round shape and they kept it square she also got a cat eye and it did not look like the photo she now has to fix them at home I asked for white arctic for my toes she just painted them so now look horrible I payed $150 for these services and it was horrible
