I’ve been coming to this nail salon since they opened for the exact same service, and ever since it went under new management, the quality and professionalism have completely declined. The prices have suddenly increased for the same service I’ve consistently received, with no improvement in quality to justify the extra cost. In fact, the standard has dropped significantly. Since the new a management change the salon has been terrible, i had infill done 2 weeks ago and i had to go back 2 times that week to get repairs done with acrylic lifting and cracking. The service is horrible. And make you wait ages while 1’ technician is running back and forth between 2 clients!!! i have been coming to this salon for 6 years and am no longer going here! Horrible experience the new management Sucks These nails are 2weeks old.
I have been pampered by the amazing staff at Professional Nails for 5 4 years. Until last week and discovered it was under new management. When I attended for my normal infill and ped, 2.5 hours later mind you and came out with cuts all over my fingers and toes. They only kept two of the old amazing staff, I will jot be back.
Terrible place. My partner paid for a full set of nails. Started cracking. They would only replace the 3 that had chipped, even though they were told a few days later the other ones would as well. Guess what happened, they did. Will never go her again.
they did a terrible job, they left nail polish on the side of my nails and didn’t file them and didn’t even polish half of the nail
