I debated posting this bad review, but since my nails didn’t last even 24 hours, I decided it needed to be done. I posted a bad review before which, summed up, basically said they were pushy on upselling, tried to do a service on me that I didn’t ask for and then say that I did ask for it, and then they charged me for a pedicure service I didn’t receive. Nancy did my nails at Professional Nail and Spa on (Madeira Road) in Simi Valley, California. She was so nice to me and the staff was very nice to me... I gave them a five-star because Nancy did an excellent job on my nails.. I will be going there from now on to get my nails and feet done. Thank you professional nails and spa! Thank you Nancy!
