We love Professio-Nail!! The nicest employees and 10/10 service.
I hate to write this review because I genuinely love their work. They did a beautiful job on my nails and pedicure, and the staff has always been kind. That’s what makes this so disappointing. Unfortunately, the way they handle payments is not professional. After my pedicure, I went to pay (with a cash tip) and was asked to send my payment through Zelle. Hanna and Tina were amazing. I took my mother in who has dementia for a mani pedi and they were so patient and kind with her. Extremely attentive and fair prices. So grateful for the care shown to her!
Took my girl for Valentine's Day to get a mani-pedi for both of us. Service was a 10 out of 10 and the girls are very polite. Good prices too
I debated posting this bad review, but since my nails didn’t last even 24 hours, I decided it needed to be done. I posted a bad review before which, summed up, basically said they were pushy on upselling, tried to do a service on me that I didn’t ask for and then say that I did ask for it, and then they charged me for a pedicure service I didn’t receive.
