I made an appointment for 3pm, I even received a text message from their system confirming my appointment however when I arrived the host and workers all seemed confused by my arrival and began questioning what I was there for. Despite me having an appointment they didnt seem to be available to take me in and they asked me to wait 5 min which I understood and kindly waited however it was now 3:15 and I still saw no movement as to someone being able to take me in anytime soon so I then decided to leave. The service at Professional Nail & Spa was exceptional, especially from the front desk staff and manicurist. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my gel manicure. (:
