The customer service wasn’t great, didn’t listen to my feedback as she was doing the manicure and the quality was quite poor. Already looks like it’s one week into the manicure as the polish is so far from the cuticle.
I visited Professionail Randwick for the first time to get my nails done, and overall it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating — they helped me mix colours to get exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated the $5 discount for cash payments, and they were kind enough to wait while I withdrew money from the bank across the street.
