first time been here to try manicure shellac and chrome. they did soo well and was really helpful, I think I will be back next time
I was looking for an experienced nail tech that could do acrylics and in fills that did not look bulky I also wanted somewhere local so I tried Professionail at Royal Randwick and found Vivian she is an amazing nail tech she does everything exactly how I like I have been seeing Vivian for over 6 months and I am very happy with her work I also get pedicures and I can say all the girls at professionail Randwick are great at what they do from mani’s pedis, acrylics, shellacs ,BIABS etc , the place is clean the tools are all ste... read more
Do not come here. The worst experience. Rushed, they do not take their time. You can tell they don’t care at all. When I tried to explain things I didn’t like to the nail tech Lisa, she just got annoyed and didn’t care. Not even worth one star.
Worst experience at this place , my first and last time going to this place. Staff were rude and didn’t listen to feedback I was trying to give them. As for the pedicure if you could call it that was so rushed , nail polish not applied fully . And manicure nails not filed properly left uneven and nipped the skin on two of my fingers when doing cuticles. Just came in spontaneously on Saturday to have my nails done, and the lady who served me (Jennie) cut into my flesh while doing my cuticle. Image is attached. I'm writing this 2 days later because the cut was deep enough that it is still red and painful today. I wasn't going to write this review, because I understand that accidents happen, but the least you could do when you hurt a customer is apologise to them. Even after I brought up how the bleeding was painful, she did not apologise for it. Please train your staff better... read more
