Went with my daughter. Bad service, not correct pricing for children (apparently 6 years old are charged 10 dollars and only younger children 5 dollars… they put a two minutes effort in it. It doesn’t make a difference if your child is 4,5,6 or 8..) Very rushed, and painful pedicure on myself. Colour came off from my pedicure after 2 days after wearing closed shoe. Waste of time and money. Tried to discuss the issue with them today - staff not able to communicate!
I decided not to mention it face to face as not to be rude but the professional who did my nails did a bad job. I asked for simple chrome shellac nails and ended up with very bulgy unappealing looking nails. I also didn’t appreciate that they were trying to upsell a gel builder and were not clear in their communication.
Needed to wait a bit but got great nails after all. I'll avoid manicure here because my friend and I both got cuts around nails. Cuticle cutting is an issue here! But nails look beautiful.
first time been here to try manicure shellac and chrome. they did soo well and was really helpful, I think I will be back next time
I was looking for an experienced nail tech that could do acrylics and in fills that did not look bulky I also wanted somewhere local so I tried Professionail at Royal Randwick and found Vivian she is an amazing nail tech she does everything exactly how I like I have been seeing Vivian for over 6 months and I am very happy with her work I also get pedicures and I can say all the girls at professionail Randwick are great at what they do from mani’s pedis, acrylics, shellacs ,BIABS etc , the place is clean the tools are all ste... read more
