Was more just cutting and painting than a proper pedicure. Used the scrub sponge on the back of my foot instead of the bottom. This broke skin and left scratches on my heels. Did this while old polish was being removed so didn’t exfoliate balls of feet. Eastgardens branch has much better processes, customer service and prices.
0% customer service, malicious when told you are in pain (due to their incompetence and cutting and hacking into skin) and excessive use of UV lamps which are known to cause CANCER with excessive use. Also, I was overcharged. Terrible job, absolutely no customer service!!! AVOID!!!
The customer service wasn’t great, didn’t listen to my feedback as she was doing the manicure and the quality was quite poor. Already looks like it’s one week into the manicure as the polish is so far from the cuticle.
I visited Professionail Randwick for the first time to get my nails done, and overall it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating — they helped me mix colours to get exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated the $5 discount for cash payments, and they were kind enough to wait while I withdrew money from the bank across the street.
