Please rename your pathetic nail salon to ‘unprofessional Nails’ or maybe ‘pathetic nails’ I am mortified at how the owner of this store did my nails. She was so aggressive with the way she filed, cut, shaped and did my nails. She was so rough and rushed me through my pedicure ( which was the most pathetic pedicure I’ve ever had didn’t even do the whole procedure) and the rest of the nail painting service was a joke- she had to re do my nail because it chipped right off! Terrible experience with very angry and aggressive male staff member after a miscommunication with what nails my daughter wanted. He grabbed her hand, pulled it towards him and started filing like a crazy man. I asked him to stop and told him we are leaving. He charged $30 for removing sns. Misunderstandings happen. Aggressive behaviour towards a customer should not. I wish I looked up reviews first. These are dismal
Amazing service, been here many times and I love my nails every time. Workers are very kind and do a great job. 🩷
Very disappointing experience. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and was extremely unhappy with both the service and the result. The work was done poorly, rushed, and with very little attention to detail. They kept accepting more customers even though they were already busy, and the staff were constantly jumping from one customer to another instead of properly finishing one person’s service.This made the whole experience feel rushed and unprofessional.
