I got my nails done at this place and the service was horrible. The lady doing my nails completely ignored me the entire time, cut my cuticle to the point it started bleeding and dropped a nail on the floor and put it back on my finger..?! There was dirt on it after. How disgsuting!! They weren’t even what I asked for. There’s polish on my cuticle and she didn’t even paint the side of my thumbs nail. I honestly did not have a good experience. My nails are see through. She told me everything I liked wouldn’t be good and she made them horrible. I feel bad leaving a review but I also don’t want other women being ripped off here. Not good at all. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also prices were ridiculous for the bad experience I’m just being honest.
Absolutely disgusted in the service i received today. every nail is a different shape, the colour is all over my fingers and she didn’t let it dry properly before added another coat so now it’s all textured. she was throwing my hands around like u was a toy and sat on her phone multiple times. she rushed me so much she did a infill in 30 minutes. had to go get them done somewhere else cause they look just awful
Absolutely horrible experience at this salon for a pedicure and infills. Starting with the pedicure - Freezing cold water with my feet pushed into the water. Workers were clearly unwell, coughing repeatedly without covering their mouths. The rude woman that did my feet literally pulled my cuticles until they bled and held my feet in place when I was clearly in pain. $100 infills is ridiculous. I also asked to just trim my big toes only and it cost me $10 for both just to trim! I’ve gotten a whole toe nail colour re done just for $11 from another place. Price is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE for crap service. I’ve gotten French done better other places. She complains “French tip is hard to do” it’s a joke. Never going there again.
