They were rough and made my hands hurt like crazy, my fingers were bleeding and I was waiting about an hour before getting them done because I booked an appt only for them to say "sorry we don't take appt" like sorry I just drived an hour for nothing, and the nails came out so bad I was literally crying when my mum picked me up. Not impressed.
I went to get a simple false nail removal and it was by far my worst experience. They were so rough in pulling off the nails, didn’t ask how much I wanted my natural nails cut or filed so now I’m left with stumpy uneven nails. Very rushed and rude. Would not recommend
Wasn’t a good experience!! Me and my two sisters went in into the store ( mind you we’re 3 woman of colour) before we had a chance to even look at what we wanted, they said we had to pay upfront?? We had no problem with paying! We wanted just a small simple French tip nails right. They charged us $85 plus an extra $20 because it’s “french tip” each !! Took my fiancée to get a full set & french tip with her 2 cousins, all 3 of them were told to pay before the service.. not long after more ladies showed up to the salon but weren’t asked to pay first?? (racial motives clearly) our youngest cousin wanted the same nails as the other 2 but they literally look nothing alike but paid the exact same price? my fiancés finger was skint by the electric filer.. $256.91 they were told to pay overall (doesn’t sit right for some reason) Won’t be returning to this salon and definitely don... read more
Not sure why the score is so low. But I really think this store is great, the service is exceptional and the pedicure is great.
