Myself and other members of my family had been attending this nail salon for many years. However, I think it changed managers about five years ago and it has been awful since then. I’ve only been back a few times, but after our most recent visits I feel compelled to write a review. Our first horrible experience was my friend bought a face wax, and the technician burned her face with hot wax and instead of trying to wipe it off, she ripped the skin off of her face with the wax strip. I walked in and they accommodate efficiently and told me to wait 2 mins while they sort out their booked clients, then accepted me in. I received an amazing service from Jenny, she was caring and very friendly. My nails were perfect! Can't ask for more, she meet every expectations and I am gladly pay whatever amount to get perfect nails. Alot of places can't do the basic polish but her polish skills are impeccable, rounded around the cuticle area and no stains. Phenomenal place, friendly, straight forward and reasonal pricing. My niece and I got our nails done for her prom and she and I both loved it! Her almond shape nails were perfect and trendy, the designs were very detailed. This place is amazing, they achieved what we asked for, my niece is picky and she is not afraid to be forward about what she want. Felt bad for the nail tech but she was very sincere and meet my nieces expectation. Highly recommend this place, authentic and absolutely professional.
