Very disappointing experience. I walked in asking for a pedicure, but the technician misunderstood me and immediately started painting my nails instead. When I explained that I had actually asked for a pedicure, instead of simply correcting the misunderstanding, she became extremely rude and argumentative with me. Great experience, only had to wait about 5-10 mins and they really put a lot of cate into my pedicure. Looks great as well and my nail artist was super lovely. Will be coming back :D

i’ve been to this salon before, but today’s experience honestly put me off the salon. Sandy done my toes, she charged me an extra $10 to add a tiny bit of powder to fix a chip on my toenail. a full nail tip add on is usually around $5, so charging $10 just for a small amount of powder is ridiculous. the worst part is she never told me there would be an extra charge before doing it. i only found out after i paid and questioned why i didn’t get the correct change back. i’m disgusted by how this whole experience was handled and... read more
