Although I was reasonably happy with how my nails turned out, the customer service was extremely disappointing and completely overshadowed the final result. I came in specifically asking for a pedicure and a NEW SET of acrylic French tips. The pedicure itself went well. However, when it came to my acrylics, the woman doing my nails repeatedly argued with me about getting an infill, despite me clearly explaining multiple times that I DIDN’T WANT AN INFILL and was happy to pay for a completely new set. Worst place I’ve been into. Nail breaks in a day, told to wait 20 mins… try double that while others were started before myself and daughter. My 5yr old just wanted to get her nails painted and we were completely ignored on repeat. Won’t be going back there again, absolute Horrible customer service!!
