massage was amazing, the lotions and scents were so relaxing and gave the most PERFECT pedicure.
Quality ranges from very good to awful depending entirely on who you get. I've had nothing but bad luck with staff intentionally putting the wrong colour on my nails and lying about it changing from red to black or brown to black by adding more coats, and that finish coming off within hours, but my partner is a regular who has had nothing but good results because the lady who does hers is the same person every time
absolutely terrible. asked for natural french tips and clearly stated so at least three times and they chopped my daughter’s nails and put long fake ones on. the poor girl was too nervous to ask what they were doing. even the fake nails that were put on were horrible, sticking up to the point where they looked like talons. took forever as well and they still did an awful job. payed $80 for terrible nails…will not be coming back.
