Owners have now changed, store looks great, staff is so rude though. Made me put my hand in the uv over 4 times saying it would make it stronger because they were too busy managing other customers and this was on a base coat mind you. So disappointed.
First time trying this place and had to wait 40 minutes to get seen, I went to get my acrylics taken off done by my usual salon, the lady lifted the edge of my acrylics with a cuticle cutter and proceeded to use a spare acrylic nail used on the lady next to me to push the rest of it off, it was quite painful as well as salon was dirty and chairs were broken
This is my second time coming here. First time I book an appointment and when me and my friend went they said come tomorrow and today also when i went they just put in on massage seat for 20 mins even though i said i m on my break and lady said just coming 1 mins nearly finish and wait for 20 to 25 mins. Never ever coming back again.
