First time trying this place and had to wait 40 minutes to get seen, I went to get my acrylics taken off done by my usual salon, the lady lifted the edge of my acrylics with a cuticle cutter and proceeded to use a spare acrylic nail used on the lady next to me to push the rest of it off, it was quite painful as well as salon was dirty and chairs were broken
This is my second time coming here. First time I book an appointment and when me and my friend went they said come tomorrow and today also when i went they just put in on massage seat for 20 mins even though i said i m on my break and lady said just coming 1 mins nearly finish and wait for 20 to 25 mins. Never ever coming back again.
I love coming here, team are friendly and I'm always happy with the finish.
I’ve been a regular here, but my experience last Sunday was extremely disappointing. Since my usual technician was off, the owner assigned a different person who was both rude and rough. The quality of the work was poor—my nails are way too thick and the finish is very rough and "ugly." I noticed the technician’s own nails looked the same way, which should have been a warning sign. I’ve been to the grove location twice now, lesson learned I won’t even be back! this shop is very run down the chairs are broken and the staff member I have encountered both times also seems run down.. does not listen, ruined my real nail and the paint job was woeful, refused to replace thumb nails when I told her they had lifted from my natural nail, then proceeded to electric file and cut my natural nail she seemed annoyed by my requests and rushed my job.
