Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the owner became argumentative when we brought up a concern about the nail color. The polish on the nail did not match the display sample, and when we politely asked if it could be corrected, the owner raised her voice and argued with us for about 15 minutes before finally fixing it which I recorded because of how uncomfortable this salon made my family and I! Very rude STAFF. Owner yelling to us about the nail color request. Then started shouting in Vietnamese. She also wanted to charge for their inaccurate display of nail polish. Color did not look what display shows. When we asked to please change color owner of salon became very verbal and wanted to charge us more to make their error correct. I would not recommend this nail salon very rude and no manners at all. Owner will argue and argue with you about your nails if you are not hsppy
