The staff was nice but the lady who did my nails was sort of rushing. I was redeeming a gift receipt for a mani pedi, I had to pay an extra $9 for a French tip. The French tip was done in a rush and lacks a straight edge, looking sloppy. These nails were supposed to be a for a wedding.

I got a new gel acrylic set with a small designed for my French tip just for it to chip on my thumb less than 24 hours later. I went back in to have it fixed only for it to chip again in the same place the next day. I think it was maybe old nail polish because when I saw the bottle it was all separated - not to mention they were out of many colors to begin with.
