I am really disappointed to write this as I am in the cosmetology industry and all about customer service. On October 8th I call to make an appointment with Tina for the same day at 2:30. I was running late and called at 2:45 to find out if it was okay for me to come if it was too late. If it was too late, I would go to the nail salon by my house as she was hesitant to answer me. Muy buen trabajo de manicura Mi niña tiene las manos pequeñas y siempre en otros salones le pintaban las uñas muy mal. En MiMi Nails a sido el único sitio en donde le han pintado las uñas muy bien. Le hicieron un trabajo excelente.
It was my first time getting a pedicure and it was a great experience. Great atmosphere.
