Shoddy workmanship. My teenage daughter was charged $85 for acrylic nails which started coming off the same day and were all off in 3 days. I contacted them before posting this review to give them the opportunity to 'make good' - they told me they would be happy to do her nails again in exchange for (another) payment of $85. We will never return.
Shape is terrible, gel application is uneven and flooded out onto my skin. No cuticle prep so the nails look like they’re already grown out despite being done TODAY. extremely rushed and it shows. Expensive for the lack of quality. None of the tools were sanitised between uses. Never, ever coming back
Went and got my nails done a week ago and they are already falling off, the acrylic applied is so thin they are just snapping off.The lady that did them also was rushing to the point it took 30 mins for a full set.Will not be coming back very disappointed.
Horrible experience. Not only were my nails NOT what I asked for in terms of colour or shape, but the service was horrible. I was so anxious the entire time, staff are very passive, and rude. If I in any way tried to respectfully say, I prefer a colour more like X or my shape to be less pointy, or shorter and more natural… the staff specifically the man that works there would get very hostile and rude.
