Shape is terrible, gel application is uneven and flooded out onto my skin. No cuticle prep so the nails look like they’re already grown out despite being done TODAY. extremely rushed and it shows. Expensive for the lack of quality. None of the tools were sanitised between uses. Never, ever coming back
Went and got my nails done a week ago and they are already falling off, the acrylic applied is so thin they are just snapping off.The lady that did them also was rushing to the point it took 30 mins for a full set.Will not be coming back very disappointed.
Horrible experience. Not only were my nails NOT what I asked for in terms of colour or shape, but the service was horrible. I was so anxious the entire time, staff are very passive, and rude. If I in any way tried to respectfully say, I prefer a colour more like X or my shape to be less pointy, or shorter and more natural… the staff specifically the man that works there would get very hostile and rude. I got the toenail polish today, and I’m not satisfied with the service at all!!!! After finishing my polish I was waiting till polish be dried but the person who was giving service to the other customer next to me was looking at me whole time like why I’m still there, as I was feeling really uncomfortable I weaI put on my socks and shoes and left the store and now that I take off my shoes the whole polish is ruined!!!!!
