Went in for infills, they were so bad they made the nailbed bleed and the colour still came off within three days because they didn't prep the nail properly.

did my nails very streaky, and i didn’t notice until i got home, and two of them broke off within the first week without being rough on them at all , very disappointing for a $90 set
My nail tech didn't brush the dust off my hands and painted over the dust. When I noticed I asked her to fix it which she did. The nail tech didn't put cuticle oil on my nails at the end and I had to ask another nail tec. Attention to detail needs to be improved especially if I'm paying almost $90. Also I was told I couldn't have my loyalty card stamped since I paid in cash and received a 10% discount.
Awesome, professionail, friendly, accomodating service, in a beautiful, hygienic, relaxed environment - with great prices too!
