I had my nails done here about 4 weeks ago and unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the result. Within the first week, 2 of my nails broke off, so I had to return to have them replaced. Although they were replaced for free, after removing the set I noticed that several of my natural nails have deep indents left in them. They charged me more than quoted. I was quoted $55 by the young guy at the front desk for a builder gel infill, and then $15 for a white French tip - $70 total. Half way through the infill, the woman doing my nails suddenly told me it’d cost me $85. I disputed the unexpected price hike. She said I have to pay more. The guy at the front desk then told me I never said I wanted builder gel and he only heard me say “infill”. Went in for infills, they were so bad they made the nailbed bleed and the colour still came off within three days because they didn't prep the nail properly.
Took my girlfriend there. Friendly staffs and great service
did my nails very streaky, and i didn’t notice until i got home, and two of them broke off within the first week without being rough on them at all , very disappointing for a $90 set
